We are looking to add a 2nd shift and 3rd shift Multi-Trade Maintenance Tech to our team.
Hours are 3PM-11PM/ 11PM-7AM with expected overtime.
Our maintenance team works together to:
Maintain plant equipment and facilities with the assistance of wiring diagrams, schematics, manufacturing manuals, work orders and drawings.
Plan and layout installations to complete projects timely and within budget parameters.
Ensure all maintenance work meets all applicable code requirements.
Maintain current working knowledge in the following areas:
Programmable Logic Controls (PLC's), Robotics, Servo and AC/DC drives.
Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical components of equipment to reduce or eliminate downtime.
Install or modify programs and equipment as required with appropriate approval.
Maintain electrical schematics and spare parts inventory in order to minimize downtime.
Perform preventative maintenance (PM's) on electrical cabinets, controls, mechanical equipment, and forklifts to reduce frequency and cost of downtime.
Recommend solutions to major equipment failures.
Follow-up on maintenance work orders with production to ensure problem resolution.
Perform work following defined work procedures and safety protocols with limited supervision.
Assist with waste handling and shipping as needed.
