Vehicle Description This is simply the nicest 1937 Chevrolet Master Deluxe 2 Door sedan that I can find currently available on the web.
Finished to a VERY high standard and cared for/maintained by the same, meticulous owner for over 3 decades.
A replacement 235 c.

, period, six cylinder powers this Chevrolet and drives the rear wheels through the original, floor mounted 3 speed manual transmission.
The original knee action front suspension handles the bumps as engineered and the original 4 wheel hydraulic brakes bring it to rest.
These cars weighed approx.
2,900 lbs and the torque from the slightly upgraded inline six cylinder is legitimately noticeable.
The owner/creator of this Chevy has moved on to a better place and we are looking for a new home for this vehicle.

When I met and operated this vehicle for the first time, the calm that I felt was hard to describe.
Upon opening the doors, the almost perfect condition of the upholstery, seats, door cards and headliner is immediately evident.
The resotration on this vehicle was obviously very proper paying close attention to detail everywhere- under the hood, chassis, interior, trunk and more.
If one were to describe the condition of this 1937 it would be- MUSEUM QUALITY DRIVER.
It comes with extras such as factory/service manuals, spare textiles/upholstery and other parts.
When I approached this car for the first time, I noticed the stance was just right, front to back and left to right.
Though not started since last October, and not stored for winter in the typical fashion (because of failed health), it started on the third push of the ignition button (once choke was pulled and key was in on position).
Prior to starting, I checked fluids and tire psi.
The car idled as one would/should expect and once up to temp.
, I drove this car approx.
5 miles.
Clutch was light and progressive, shift linkage was positive and engine ran nicely (taking as much or little fuel as dictated by my foot on accelerator).
No funny smells or leaks were observed, before or after my drive.
There is no questioning Chevrolets efforts at building a superior looking and feeling vehicle with this model.
