Vehicle Description We are selling this meticulously restored CJ-5 on behalf of the builder's wife.
It was built approx.
30 years ago and utilizes a fiberglass replacement body tub.
Still largely unmodified with stock drivetrain, suspension and body/chassis layout and configuration.
Correct inline six cylinder engine with 3 speed manual transmission.
Soft top is in as new condition and was rarely used.
This vehicle has always been kept indoors and has never been used in foul weather and has not been abused.
When I was introduced to this vehicle/job, it had not been started since Nov.
of '21.
In April of '22, it started as one should expect (without a jump or starting fluid) and drove correctly with clutch/gearbox/carb.
working correclty.
All gages were functioning as well.
Emergency brake cable is not connected to pedal (see picture).
Tires have ample tread (but are older) and are 31 x 10.
5 x 15 mounted to chrome plated, steel American Racing rims.
This Jeep has only known 1 senior owner for over 30 years and is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking for a VERY clean, gently used Civilian Jeep.
We have this Jeep priced very competively for quick sale and will provide a clean title at time of sale.
Additionally, some miscellaneous spares will be included in this sale.
Thanks for taking the time to read our advertisement.
